LHC was founded by William Dean, Ph.D., a seasoned technical leader with more than two decades of experience supporting critical Navy acquisition programs, including USC-38 FOT, NMT, MAT, WAMS, and PATS. Dr. Dean’s background spans advanced satellite communications, software engineering, machine learning, and academic leadership, where he developed and delivered technology-focused curricula at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
